  Kim Baldridge at San Diego Supercomputer Center (kimb@sdsc.edu) has
parallelized MOPAC for (I hope this is correct) the Cray and Intel iPSC
systems.  I don't have specific timing information in front of me, so you
should contact her if you have more questions.
