In "Computer Simulations of Liquids" by Allen&Tildesley, they
 refer to
 several sample programs to give examples of the techniques they describe.
 In an appendix they describe how to ftp the programs from a machine at
 cornell (cheme.tn.cornell.edu). This machine doesn't exist anymore, but
 the ftp gets forwarded to another machine which doesn't allow anonymous ftp.
 Does anyone know if the programs are still available and how they can be
 obtained?
