The successful candidates will develop highly efficient and accurate computational tools to design small molecule drugs, therapeutic peptides, and engineered proteins by integrating enhanced sampling techniques, advanced machine learning algorithms, and high-throughput free energy methods. Research findings will be published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. or Equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biophysics, or a related field, by the start date of appointment Experience in computational chemistry with a strong emphasis on biomolecular simulations Good programming skills in Python or other languages Preferred Qualification Experience in developing enhanced sampling algorithms and/or free energy methods Application Deadline Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
