CCL:G: problem error 2070link kiled

 iuse gaussian programme version 09 rev a 02 to optmise adsorptrion of  a
 polluant molecule whith oniom method and for some reason it breaks down at the
 .exe and i have this message of error 2070 link aborted all linked
 and here this input file
