CCL:G: Failure calculation of electronic density by G98

 I think the most probable reason is the disk space one.
 Try to increase maxdisk or check if there is some disk space available
 in your disk when your job is exited.
 What's more, the total scratch space should not be more than 16GB for
 32-bit Gaussian.
