 The book by D.P. Craig and T. Thirunamachandran, "Molecular Quantum
 Electrodynamics: An Introduction to Radiation-Molecule Interactions"
 (Academic, London, 1984) contains a good pedagogical exposition of the
 fundamental quantum mechanics of circular dichroism, magnetic CD and
 induced CD (in the chapter on Optical Activity).
