Dear all:

The official version of AutoDock cannot be used for parallelization.
Khodade *et al.* developped the AutoDock program for parallel
implementation, however, they didn't supply their codes in their paper.

Can anyone give me some instructions on how to parallel implementation of
AutoDock?
