There are PhD and MS student positions available in the lab of 
Asst. Prof Sefer Baday at the Informatics Institute of Istanbul Technical

The positions are supported by discovery of Ryanodine Receptor Inhibitors 
for Heart Diseases Project funded by Turkish-Slovak Joint Grant. 
The Slovak research team will be performing experiments, while 
the Turkish-side will perform computational studies.

Desired skills and expertise: 
 Protein structure prediction and modeling
 Molecular dynamics simulations
 Computer-aided drug design and Docking calculations
 Good English Skills
 Good programming skills ( Linux,Python, etc).

Project duration is 3 years.
