Subject: 16.09.30 Postdoc in Computational Membrane Biophysics, Erlangen, Germany
The Computational Biology Group searches for an experienced and team-oriented Postdoc to perform and further develop biomembrane MD simulations. Applicants are expected to hold a PhD degree preferably in physics of theoretical (bio)chemistry and to have strong expertise in the field of MD simulations (preferably both atomistic and coarse-grained resolution). Knowledge about force-field parametrization or docking is of advantage. Projects cover dynamic phenomena at the (bio)membrane interface, including in particular protein-lipid interactions.
