Thompson in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Applicants should have expertise in method development and applications in theoretical chemical physics that overlaps or complements the ongoing research in our group. Areas of interest include molecular dynamics, Monte Carlo, reactions dynamics, semiclassical theory, condensed-phase simulations, and others with chemical applications ranging from gas-phase reactions (e.g., hydrocarbon combustion) to organic solids and liquids.
