Subject: 08.07.16 Postdoctoral Position in Computational Biophysics, The University of Kansas
There is a postdoctoral position available in my group. The specific
project in the position is to study the dynamics of needle proteins in
a type III secretion system (TTSS) and protein translocation mechanisms
used in TTSS. We will use NMR measurements such as NOEs and RDCs to
refine the needle model, and use various computer simulation tools to
study protein translocation mechanisms through the needle pore. The
project summary is available at
http://im.bioinformatics.ku.edu/Members/Openings. People who have a
background of computational chemistry/biophysics or NMR experiments,
are encouraged to apply.

You may find other research activities in my group at
