Nova Decision is a French startup company engaged in commercializing 
innovative software and services dedicated to R&D in drug discovery. 
Nova Decision is based in the south of France at Montpellier 
(150 km from Marseille).

The successful candidate will implement and drive Computational and 
Medicinal Chemistry strategy for our internal projects and for our 
customers' drug discovery projects in hit finding, hit-to-lead and lead 
optimization stages,in order to deliver the highest standards of medicinal 
chemistry for the company.

He/She will contribute to the broader strategy of chemoinformatics in the 
field of structure based drug design.
He/She will collaborate across all discovery groups in house or at customers'
side (such as Medicinal Chemistry, HTS, in vitro pharmacology, 
Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics).

Qualified candidates will have a PhD in computational chemistry, 
molecular modelling or related fields with a strong background and 
know-how in medicinal chemistry.
He/She should have in-depth knowledge and expertise in more than one of the 
following areas: pharmacophore generation, small molecule modelling, 
2D/3D QSAR, docking and scoring, virtual screening, de novo and ligand 
design methods, lead hopping, homology modelling and HTS analysis.
