Since the author and the title of the book I have just cited resemble yours, I am assuming this is what you want! Unless there is a terrible coincidence, both books are one and the same. There is no book that matches the title you have given, even in LC!!! If you are absolutely certain of the author and the title (especially the year!) then your best bet would be to contact the editor of this journal! I would like to know what US GOVERNMENT labs make routine use of the Dewar-style semiempirical methods as embodied in MNDO/3, MNDO, PM3, AM1, and SAM1. These labs could include military, agency, departmental and so forth. Also, could you tell me the number of people working at your site with the methods? I am only tabulating so please no descriptions of projects. I'll be happy to give some summary numbers to the net if interest is great enough. Please do not be worried, this is for a bean-counter type purpose and I will not harass you for research money! Please reply directly to me at the addresses below.
