Dear Netters, Has anybody been able to get hold of the programs TS (triangulated surface), PQMS (piecewise quartic molecular surface) and TRB (triangulation by recursive bisection) reported by Michael Connolly? The first was described in _J.Appl.Crystallogr._, 1985,_18_, 499-505 and the others mentioned to me by a colleague. I've tried to contact Prof. Connolly without success a number of times. Any help gratefully received! To: chemistry@ccl.net Date: Sun, 24 Jan 93 0:40:46 GMT I have been getting a problem with the commercial version of charmm running on a Silicon Graphics personal iris 4D/20 and I wonder if anyone else has experienced a similar problem. The system crashes if I try to use tar when charmm is running in background. Any ideas? Also, does anyone know the addresses for charmm or amber discussion groups? I think it has been posted on the net a while ago, but unfortunately I did not note it down. Thanks. Prasad Ravi. Email: u21709@uicvm.cc.uic.edu
