Subject: ftp mopac download disabled

The anonymous FTP download of Mopac from Ouchem.chem.oakland.edu will be
disabled until I have run the certification tests on a couple of Unix machines.
The version currently on the system did pass all of the Mopac 6.0 verification
test on our Dec 5500.  I expect to have things back online by Jan 1. The 
tests will be done on an Silicon graphics, Sun, IBM 6000, and the DEC 5500.
