Does anyone know of an inexpensive (< $300) or public domain spectral band 
filtering program with most or all of the following characteristics:

1. Capable of handling up to 20 peaks
2. Allows for assorted band shapes with a different band shape for every
   band and optionally allows for asymetric bands
3. Allows for curved baselines
4. Provides graphical display
5. Provides output in a publishable format
6. Runs either on a VMS Dec computer, a PC an SGI Iris or a Convex (C240)
