Subject: Anonymous ftp download of Mopac and AMpac

Ampac is available for anonymous FTP from ut-chem.cm.utexas.edu.  Their
is a Cray version and a standard unix version.  The "official" Mopac
6.0 for the DECstation series is on usafa.af.mil.  There is no makefile
on the usafa.af.mil one.
