We are pleased to announce the release of Tangelo 0.4.0. An open-source 
software package for the simulation of materials on current and future quantum 
computers. You can learn more about the new features at 
https://github.com/goodchemistryco/Tangelo/releases.

We have also started a newsletter (http://eepurl.com/igTr-D) to provide 
information about Tangelo and research performed with the software.
