Computational Methods for Prediction of Tautomers & Protonation States in 
Protein-Ligand Complexes
In drug design and development and in QSAR studies it is essential to have 
the correct tautomeric and protonation state of a ligand determined. With 
large compound datasets, it facilitates ligand design if good computational 
methods are available for assessing and determining the correct tautomeric 
and protonation state of bound ligands.
