Storage needed: 337628 in NPA, 412946 in NBO (5368643488 = available) SCF is not the issue. If you try "scf=3Dxqc or scf=3Dqc=E2=80=9D that = just changes your convergence criteria and you are not having a problem = with convergence. If you find that Gaussian is quitting before it takes = its first step, then you increase your SCF cycle (the default is 64).=20 SCF=3Dmaxcycle=3D500 (or whatever number you choose). But like I said, = that is not the issue. "Error in SR CORTBL=E2=80=9D determines number of sub-shells for core = orbitals. So, I am guessing there is a mismatch in charge/orbitals in = your script.
