It is possible to get negative reorganization energy? Actually for some of
the
molecule i am getting negative value. I want to know whether negative
value is
possible i am  doing some mistake in a calculation.

Secondly can anyone tell me how to calculate mobility (hole or electron)?
 formula for calculating mobility is m = eD/kBT.
I dont know what is D and how it is calculated.
