Dear list,

This message is to let you know that the Open Knowledge Foundation have three 
Panton Fellowships (8,000 each) available to award this year to graduate 
students or early career researchers with an idea or project involving open 
data (open as per http://opendefinition.org/).

To be eligible the applicants have to be based in Europe and hold a valid EU 
passport.

The deadline for applications is July 12th, 2013.
