COSMOtherm has an RMSE in the order of 0.4-0.5 kcal/mol for dG_hydr. Most likely the method you applied has a somewhat larger RMSE. Hence taking that into account we may conclude that my value and your value are consistent within the expectable uncertainty ranges. But how to do predictive reactions using MOPAC2009 OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO PREDICT REACTIONS. ANY THEORY AVAILABLE ON THIS METHODOLOGY ?
