In this workshop we will review some new fragment-based design protocols using proven scientific modeling and simulations tools from Accelrys. Additionally, we will show how these state-of-the-art scientific workflows can easily be exposed as simple, easy-to-use, interfaces for medicinal chemists. Bench chemists can easily select reagent lists, chemistries, and other parameters to quickly obtain lists of compounds prioritized by molecular models created by computational chemists.
