Despite of some phenomenological interesting underlying ideas in this lecture, much of the lecture was largely speculation and not based on quantum mechanical investigations using TD-DFT methods. Therefore I have created the new project entitled =E2=80=9C*Quantum Entangl= ement Research in Molecular Natural and Artificial Neural Network Systems in The Quantum Brain Theory **for Nano Medicine Purposes=E2=80=9D *and now sending= it to the high nano bio technology laboratories, and expecting for collaboration in performing this project. In the case if you will have access to powerful computer, we may cooperate in this useful for nano medicine project and publish joint papers.
